I am Rebecca, and I am a fully qualified and experienced BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Braintree.

I have successfully worked, with both men and women, aged eighteen and above, from a wide variety of backgrounds, dealing with a wide range of issues. Amongst others, these have included loss/bereavement, life-limiting illness, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, sexual problems, sexual abuse, obsessive thoughts and low self-esteem. I have specialist palliative care counselling experience and knowledge, having worked with patients and carers referred through a local hospice for over ten years.

As a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I adhere to their professional code of Ethics and Practice.
