Why work with me?

As your counsellor I will provide you with a warm, supportive, empathic and non-judgmental, individually tailored approach. I will listen very carefully and sensitively, helping you to explore the experiences, behaviours, thoughts, and feelings that have brought you to counselling. Together we can look at your hopes and expectations for your future. I will work hard to help you to make a difference to your life, at a pace which feels comfortable for you.

Finding the right kind of help is important so your initial assessment session will be a chance for us to meet and see if the type of counselling I offer feels right for you. If I can’t help, I may be able to suggest a suitable alternative.
